4. Shipping Fees

Shipping is completely free on all orders, regardless of destination.

There are no hidden handling or customs fees for European customers.

For U.S. customers, any potential import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and may be requested by local authorities upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

You can track your shipment directly from the link provided in your confirmation email.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

1. Please first check your tracking link for the latest updates.

We will immediately investigate with our shipping partners and ensure your issue is resolved quickly.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Please take photos of the package and product immediately

We will replace or refund your order in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

9. Pre-Orders and Backorders

For any product marked as β€œPre-order” or β€œBackorder,” the estimated shipping time will be clearly indicated on the product page.
