Aura One – Return Policy 

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your Aura One.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to request a return:

Please contact our customer service at contact@my-auraone.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail.

Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items:

If your Aura One arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@my-auraone.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
