Aura One – Shipping Policy 

Shipping Methods:

All orders are dispatched from our European warehouse within 1–2 business days after purchase.

We offer Free Worldwide Delivery on all Aura One products.

Delivery Time:

EU & UK: 3–7 business days

USA & Canada: 7–9 business days

Other regions: up to 12 business days depending on location

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or public holidays.

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s progress in real time through our tracking page.

Packaging:

Each Aura One screen is carefully packed in a reinforced protective box to ensure safe delivery and perfect condition upon arrival.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or has not been received within 15 business days, please contact us at contact@my-auraone.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Our team will assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.
