Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.To start a return, please contact us at  contact@my-auraone.com will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

2. Withdrawal Right (EU & Belgium Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Belgian law, customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement (for example, by email) within 14 days after receiving your goods.
You will then need to return the item within another 14 days after notifying us.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received free shipping on your order, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

If the product was used, damaged, or returned without original packaging, only a partial refund may be granted.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or sent in error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the product and packaging

Your order number

We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

7. U.S. Customers

For U.S.-based orders, this policy complies with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
All returns must be authorized via email before shipping back your order.
Returns without prior authorization may not be processed.
